IT Support Engineer

IT support engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networks within our organisation. The goal is to ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for their users, such as staff, clients, customers and suppliers.
You will work internally as part of our organisation IT team.
 
Some of your responsibilities:
- installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure;
- suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems;
- analysing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password;
- undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security;
- providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence;
- planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work;

We're asking:

- Strong working knowledge of English (verbal and written) is a must;
- Communication skills in international environment;
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Certification as a Microsoft Engineer or equivalent industry experience
- 2 or more years Windows experience
- Diploma or equivalent from a recognized technical institute
- Ability to follow procedure and efficiently trouble-shoot network, hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of Office 365, Lync 2010, Exchange 2010 is a strong plus.

International .NET Software Developer

Full time software developer with good windows and/or web programming experience and relational databases knowledge. You will be required to work in an international software development team, work together with your Dutch collegues, solve technical problems that you and your team members may encounter, review and enforce the quality of code written by your team.

Requirements:

• active experience with .NET framework/C#;
• understanding of client-server and service-based architectures;
• knowledge of MS SQL Server;
• knowledge of WPF and Silverlight are a strong bonus;
• ability to make logical and physical design for software products;
