Share Dimension has used Foidos, our Silverlight Video Broadcasting platform, to stream live the CokeLive Music Festival.
Foidos, allows live video streaming of events with unprecedented user interactivity. The platform broadcasts multiple video cameras at the same time and allows the user to choose which camera view he finds most interesting.
It is the user who decides where, how big, how long he is watching. The user is the show’s Virtual Director.
Foidos implements Microsoft’s revolutionary Smooth Streaming technology which streams multiple bitrates at the same time so that the client can get the best quality video irrespective of his bandwidth or CPU power.
