Share Dimension an independent provider of tailor-made, state-of-the-art financial software, Internet and multimedia applications announces today it has reached an agreement in which its financial software unit will be acquired by its biggest customer.

Not only did we see a huge growth in our financial unit, but our biggest customer for this unit has decided to aquire the unit and further develop our products and strategies. We are very confident that our financial products and technologies will see a bright future with the new home.”

The transaction will also see the departure of Gia Betiu which moves as Operational Manager with Compendeon B.V.
